Track shipments in real-time via our portal for which you will receive a login and password. You can check the live position of the GPS and Temperature. You can also check route history. We can also send daily check point reports to your email address.
Do you provide Proof of Delivery (POD)?
Yes, digital POD is shared immediately after delivery.

Goods are not automatically insured, but clients can opt for additional coverage.
How do you handle perishable goods?
We use temperature-controlled vehicles, maintaining required conditions throughout transit.
What happens in case of damage or loss?

What happens if the vehicle assigned to me breaks down?
For intra- city operations, we will inform you immediately, arrange for a backup vehicle within 2 hours and also cross dock the material safely.
