These lines from Rachel Platten's "Fight Song" perfectly capture the spirit of my journey. Nothing has deterred me from my path, and here’s my story.

I was living any middle class persons dream- got a decent education UDCT, FMS and had a great corporate career. But the itch to build something of my own, create more fulfillment, was persistent. I started a cake delivery service in Mumbai- enabling bakers to get their delicate cakes delivered across the city. This enabled them to grow their sales beyond local areas. However, it was an idea ahead of its time, way before Amazon, Swiggy etc had come and the idea of paying for delivery was not acceptable. So having run out of savings, i returned to a job, but armed with learnings.

One day, while dropping my son to school, I saw that outside my favourite restaurant, a tempo was waiting to unload its goods. It was unhygienic, delivering food ingredients that would eventually land up on my family's dinner plate. I was disappointed and wondered why. Just because this is the invisible part of the supply chain, does it have to be like this? Can this be organized? This moment was the seed that grew into JustDeliveries.

In 2018, I took the plunge yet again. I quit my decently high paying job with the TATA group and decided to build something meaningful with JustDeliveries.

With JustDeliveries, we organized the logistics operations for numerous brands. COVID though tough for the F&B industry, also was an enabler for us. Hygiene and efficient supply chains got their well deserved importance. Bootstrapped, i built a sizeable profitable business in Mumbai and Pune.

In 2022, with some funding and mentorship i started scaling. "I" became "we". Very exciting times!

Over the last 2 years, We’ve expanded our services, entering cold storage and warehousing and launched new cities. This is all thanks to the amazing team at JD and our supportive investors.

Today, we are proud to say that JustDeliveries is setting new benchmarks in the logistics industry. We’re not just a service provider; we’re partners in growth, helping businesses thrive by ensuring their products reach customers in the best condition possible.

As I look back, the journey, much like those lyrics, has been about overcoming obstacles and making an impact. To me, JustDeliveries is more than a business; it is a purpose to make a difference.
